As a Customer Success Rep at Upper Hand, I enjoy assisting sports businesses and their clients with platform management and navigation, event creation, registration, payment processing and any other questions they might have! Upper Hand incorporates my two passions into one company; sports and technology. Sports have been a huge part of my life and I love being able to work with coaches on a daily basis.
I played Division I field hockey at Indiana University where I was a four-year varsity letter winner. I went on to play field hockey overseas in Northern Ireland for the Ulster Elks. While there, I worked at Ulster University in Jordanstown, Northern Ireland as an Event Coordinator for their Sports Union.

Whenever a sporting event brings people together it helps create an even more amazing atmosphere and makes the moment more memorable. We were not only cheering on an amazing man to break a record that hasn't been broken since 1972, but we were uniting as a country.
