Steve Drussell joined the Upper Hand Pod to talk about his work as Head Varsity Coach of Bartlett High School where he was awarded Cook Inlet Conference Coach of the Year. Steve is also the Founder and CEO of Alaska Elite, where he coaches both men and women teams.
Marcus Bullock joined the Upper Hand pod to talk about his work at Baseline Hoops. Coach Bullock is the Program Director and Head Trainer at Baseline Hoops, which focuses on skill training through group training, one on one training, AAU teams, camps and clinics. Bullock played at Division I, University of New Hampshire where he was a 4 year starter at the point guard position. Since graduating from UNH Marcus has trained many athletes including various pros, both with the NBA and overseas.

Hogan Basketball and Soccer Camps offer dynamic experiences for campers to grow their overall skill level for their sport of choice. Coach Hogan is well known for his positive message while challenging campers with the development of fundamentals and team concepts while offering positive feedback.
Coach Gabriel Roffe joins the Upper Hand Pod to talk about his work as CEO of Great Sports Inc. Great Sports aspires to be an outstanding athletic organization that provides a high-quality experience to every athlete. Roffe offers after school sports programs such as basketball, soccer and flag football to various schools in the Miami area – as well as personal training.
Hear from Shay Haddow about her work as founder of Alpha Girl Soccer. Coach Shay earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Master’s in Physical and Sport Education. She knew if she wanted to have the biggest impact on players “personal development” she needed to step away from club and high school coaching to give players 1-on-1 attention through private training. The goal of Alpha Girl Soccer is to empower and develop girls into strong, confident soccer players.
Lucious Wagner joins the Upper Hand pod to talk about his work at Black Heart Basketball. Coach Wagner was previously the Director of Basketball Operations at the University of Evansville and is now the founder of Black Heart Basketball where he focuses on providing training accountability and detailed, repetition-based training – at all levels.
